Ingredients

  • Skyr Natural (low-fat)250 g
  • Whey Protein Powder Vanilla20 g
  • Frozen Mango Chunks100 g
  • Chia Seeds5 g
  • Desiccated Coconut5 g
  • Almond Slivers5 g
  • Water or unsweetened almond milk (optional)20 ml

Preparation

  1. Add the Skyr and protein powder to a bowl and mix thoroughly until no lumps remain. If needed, add a splash of water or almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.

  2. Allow the frozen mango pieces to thaw slightly or warm them briefly in the microwave until soft enough to purée.

  3. Purée the mango pieces with an immersion blender or in a small blender until a creamy purée forms.

  4. Layer the mango purée on top of the protein Skyr.

  5. Sprinkle the bowl with chia seeds, shredded coconut, and almond slivers.

  6. Enjoy immediately and celebrate your tropical start to the day!
