  • Lime juice (freshly squeezed)2 tbsp
  • Lime zest (organic, finely grated)0.5 tsp
  • Ice cubes50 g
  • Sweetener of choice (e.g., erythritol)to taste

Preparation

  1. Add the protein powder, coconut milk, water, lime juice, and grated lime zest to a blender.

  2. Add the ice cubes and sweeten to taste.

  3. Blend all ingredients on high speed until the shake is creamy and no ice chunks remain.

  4. Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy.
