Ingredients

  • Low-fat quark250 g
  • Frozen mango pieces150 g
  • Plant-based drink (almond or soy, unsweetened)100 ml
  • Turmeric powder0.5 tsp
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetening)1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend everything on the highest setting until a creamy and homogeneous shake is formed.

  3. Taste the shake and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if needed.

  4. Serve the shake immediately in a tall glass.

💡 Tip: For an extra protein kick, you can add a scoop of unflavored protein powder. A few ice cubes will provide additional cooling on very hot days.
