  • Kefir (plain)200 ml
  • Frozen berry mix100 g
  • Oats (rolled)30 g
  • Flaxseed (ground)5 g
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)5 ml

Preparation

  1. Add the kefir, frozen berries, oats, and ground flaxseed to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until a creamy smoothie forms. If needed, add a splash of water to achieve your desired consistency.

  3. Taste the smoothie and sweeten with a bit of honey or maple syrup if desired.
