This dip combines the benefits of fermented kefir with fiber-rich lentils and fresh vegetables. It's easily digestible, provides high-quality protein, and supports a balanced diet – ideal for athletes and anyone focused on a conscious lifestyle.
Cook the red lentils in plenty of water for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Then drain well and let cool.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the mint, shake dry, and also finely chop.
In a bowl, combine the cooled lentils, kefir, cream cheese, chopped garlic, mint, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well until a creamy consistency is achieved. If needed, add a little more kefir if the dip is too thick.
Wash the cucumber and celery stalks and cut into bite-sized sticks.
Let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve with the vegetable sticks.
