Ingredients

  • Low-fat quark250 g
  • Vanilla protein powder (or unflavored)30 g
  • Greek yogurt (0.2% fat)100 g
  • Honey or maple syrup15 g
  • Raspberries (fresh or frozen)100 g
  • Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)20 g
  • Coconut oil5 g

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir the low-fat quark, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and honey/maple syrup until smooth and lump-free.

  2. Gently fold the raspberries into the yogurt mixture.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper. You can determine the size yourself.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, until the bites are firm.

  5. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a water bath. Alternatively, heat briefly in the microwave.

  6. Remove the frozen bites from the freezer and optionally drizzle with the melted chocolate or briefly dip the underside. Immediately return to the freezer so the chocolate sets quickly.

  7. Store the Frozen Protein Yogurt Bites in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy as needed.

💡 Tip: For a different flavor, you can use blueberries or chopped strawberries instead of raspberries. A few chopped nuts provide extra crunch and healthy fats.
