These Frozen Protein Yogurt Bites are the ideal solution for anyone looking for a cool, sweet treat in summer that also supports your protein goals. They are super easy to prepare and deliver a decent portion of protein to keep you fit and full.
In a bowl, stir the low-fat quark, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and honey/maple syrup until smooth and lump-free.
Gently fold the raspberries into the yogurt mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper. You can determine the size yourself.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, until the bites are firm.
In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a water bath. Alternatively, heat briefly in the microwave.
Remove the frozen bites from the freezer and optionally drizzle with the melted chocolate or briefly dip the underside. Immediately return to the freezer so the chocolate sets quickly.
