These frozen protein yogurt bars are perfect for anyone looking for a high-protein and refreshing snack. They're easy to make, fit perfectly into an active lifestyle, and provide optimal support for your muscles after training or simply as a treat.
Stir low-fat quark, Skyr, protein powder, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Wash the berries and roughly chop them if necessary. Fold half of the berries into the yogurt mixture.
Line a small baking dish (approx. 20x15 cm) with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in it.
Distribute the remaining berries and optionally the almond slivers on the surface and press lightly.
Place the dish in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the mixture is completely frozen solid.
Before serving, remove the frozen yogurt slab from the dish and cut it into about 6 equally sized bars. Enjoy immediately or refreeze.
