Ingredients

  • Plain Skyr300 g
  • Frozen Berry Mix150 g
  • Honey or Maple Syrup1-2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract (optional)0.5 tsp

Preparation

  1. Allow the frozen berries to thaw slightly. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the Skyr, honey/maple syrup, lemon juice, and optional vanilla extract.

  2. Gently fold the thawed berries into the Skyr mixture. Make sure the berries are not fully pureed but remain chunky.

  3. Fill small ice pop molds or silicone molds with the mixture. Alternatively, you can spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and break it into pieces later.

  4. Freeze the molds completely for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, in the freezer.

  5. Before serving, let them thaw briefly to make them easier to remove from the molds.

💡 Tip: For an even more intense berry color and flavor, you can purée a small portion of the berries and stir them into the Skyr before adding the remaining berries.
