Ingredients

  • Unsweetened almond milk200 ml
  • Vegan protein powder (vanilla or neutral)30 g
  • Frozen spinach80 g
  • Avocado70 g
  • Fresh mint leaves10 g
  • Chia seeds5 g
  • Ice cubes4-5 pieces

Preparation

  1. Pour the almond milk into a high-powered blender.

  2. Add the vegan protein powder, frozen spinach, peeled and pitted avocado, fresh mint leaves, and chia seeds.

  3. Add the ice cubes.

  4. Blend all ingredients on high speed until the smoothie is creamy and lump-free. If needed, add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
