Ingredients

  • Kefir (low-fat)200 ml
  • Oats (rolled)30 g
  • Berry mix (frozen)100 g
  • Chia seeds5 g
  • Honey or maple syrup5 g
  • Vanilla extract1 ml

Preparation

  1. Pour the kefir into a bowl or glass.

  2. Add oatmeal, chia seeds, and vanilla extract and stir everything well.

  3. Sweeten the pudding with honey or maple syrup to taste.

  4. Add the frozen berries and stir them in lightly. The berries will further cool the pudding.

  5. Place the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the oats and chia seeds to swell and the pudding to become nicely chilled.

  6. Stir the pudding briefly again before serving and enjoy it as a refreshing snack.

💡 Tip: For an extra boost of protein, you can stir a scoop of protein powder (unflavored or vanilla) into the kefir before adding the other ingredients. Also try other fruits like mango or peach.
