Ingredients

  • Low-fat quark150 g
  • Pineapple (fresh or frozen)100 g
  • Passion fruit1 piece
  • Coconut water (unsweetened)150 ml
  • Whey Protein Isolate (vanilla or unflavored)25 g
  • Ice cubes50 g

Preparation

  1. Cut the pineapple into large chunks. Halve the passion fruit and spoon out the pulp.

  2. Add low-fat quark, pineapple chunks, passion fruit pulp, coconut water, and whey protein isolate to a blender.

  3. Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until a creamy, homogeneous shake is formed.

  4. Serve the shake immediately and enjoy it chilled.

💡 Tip: For an even more intense tropical note, you can add a squeeze of lime juice. If you don't have fresh pineapple, frozen pineapple chunks work great and make the shake even colder.
