Ingredients

  • Unsweetened soy drink300 ml
  • Vegan protein powder (vanilla)30 g
  • Pineapple (frozen)100 g
  • Mango (frozen)100 g
  • Flax seeds10 g
  • Turmeric (ground)0.5 tsp

Preparation

  1. Add the soy drink, vegan protein powder, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, flax seeds, and turmeric to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend all ingredients on high speed until a creamy, homogeneous consistency is achieved. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  3. Pour the finished shake into a glass and enjoy immediately.

💡 Tip: For an extra serving of fiber and healthy fats, you can add chia seeds. If you like it even sweeter, add a few dates or a dash of agave syrup.
